Business and Home Solutions Delivery Policy
Backordered Items: If an item or items have been backordered we
will notify you before shipment of your order. Backordered items will be shipped
at our cost and we will do everything to ensure items are not backordered.
Time of Delivery: All order times are placed according to US Central time. Delivery methods are based upon business days. I.E. Monday-Friday. If a scheduled Holiday exists upon shipment to recipient, then please be advised your shipment may arrive a day later. You may sometimes receive your order early than what you instructed in the shopping cart. This is because we ship out some products from our Partners Warehouse closer to your state.
Freight Charges: All items except where posted will be charged freight. These fees will be calculated upon checkout.
If you have an account with any Major Parcel Delivery Service (UPS FEDEX), it may benefit you to charge it to that account. Please contact us directly to setup this method of shipment.
Damages: If you wish to take additional insurance, above and beyond what is offered by our major parcel carriers, (FEDEX and UPS) then please advise us at time of order.
International Orders: If you are outside of the Continental United States you may be subject to additional customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes when package arrives.
Paying by Credit Card: If paying by credit card, please ensure that you have the correct name and expiry date of the credit card. If your credit card expires within 3 months of ordering date, Business and Home Solutions may request another payment method or reject your order. All prices are in United States Currency.
How we Charge your Credit Card:
A credit card is only charged after shipping out the ordered item,
However there are situations: The ordered item is on back order for more than 30 days and the Manufacturer itself is out on that particular item), in that case we contact the customer via e-mail and inform him/her of the back order situation, and ask him/her if they would like to keep their order open and wait for the item/items availability, if the customer agrees to wait, then we charge the customer's credit card before actually shipping their order.
Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Same Day Ground Shipping and Free Ground Shipping on select products displaying the (Same day shipping) All other products will be shipped in 2-3 Business days depending on availability.
Your order must be received before 1pm CST for same day Ground shipment. Orders received between 1to4pm CST may also qualify for same day shipment depending on our work load. We will notify you of the Shipment as soon as we process and ship your order.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on select items with a nominal handling fee. If you like to upgrade the shipping please call Toll Free 877-243-7995.
We do not offer FREE Shipping outside of the Continental USA
Shipping Charges are not calculated into your bill at Checkout. Simply type into the comment section “ Please add shipping costs”. We will add them once we determine the exact shipping charges, and will E-Mail you the final invoice before we process and ship your order.

Business and Home Solutions guarantees the lowest price on everything we sell. If you find a lower advertised price for the same item anywhere in the U.S.A, within 15 days after your purchase, we will refund the purchase difference plus 10 Percent of the difference as a credit to your account (Certain restrictions apply) see below. Business and Home Solutions reserves the right to add shipping and handling charges to the items shipped for free and add applicable taxes if any paid by you, while comparing the item with the competitor’s price.

7 Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please return products complete with all Manufacturer documents and in original packaging. Returns that do not include original packaging will be charged a minimum of 15 Percent re-stocking fee to a maximum of 50 Percent. Customer agrees to pay both the Shipping charges to and from our shipping location. Customer agrees to pay the difference in price for the exchange if the requested item is priced higher than the returned item. Product exchanges and credit card refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please call us for instructions and R.M.A number before shipping the products back to us
Wrong Products Received: In an event that you received a product different than what was ordered. We must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made a mistake in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued an R.M.A Number. Display this R.M.A number promptly on the shipping Box and ship to the address on the form. Upon receipt of the product we will inspect and compare it with our inventoried items. If the wrong product was mistakenly shipped by us then we will credit you the shipping charges ( paid by you). We will be responsible for freight both ways, and will ship you the correct product.
Products damaged in shipping: Products damaged in shipping must be reported within 2 business days of date of delivery by E-Mailing us at info@business-homesolutions.com
Business and Home Solutions Warranty Policy and Limitations:
Most products sold by Business and Home Solutions are backed by the manufacturer warranty. For more information on warranty on any specific product, call or write us we will be more than happy to provide you with the details. Business and Home Solutions Limited Warranty applies to those products imported or configured by Business and Home Solutions.
All items stating Business and Home Solutions Limited Warranty (Parts and Labor) Please call us on the item you experience problem with. We will arrange the pickup (Usually request for pickup submitted with the carriers same day ), however it may take up to 1-2 Business day for the carrier to schedule the pickup. We will let you know when the carrier driver will be picking up the unit from your place. Have your item packed in the approved packaging. We pay both the Freight charges (To and from your location). Before you fill out the R.M.A form Please call toll free 877-243-7995 for the authorization number. You can use this number on the R.M.A form and ship it with the Unit.
What happens after we receive the unit
We inspect the unit and troubleshoot accordingly with the problem stated in the R.M.A form. Please see Limitations on warranty below, if we determine the unit is not repairable we will ship you the new unit at no charge to you. If an item/items has been discontinued or upgraded by the manufacturer we will replace the unit with the upgraded unit or replace it with the similar specs with a different unit of the same price.
Limitations on Warranty:
Business and Home Solutions warranty does not cover Products which have been received improperly packaged, altered Product or Serial Number labels, Broken or damaged Connectors, Loose damaged or missing screws, Stripped Screws, Dented Chassis, Deep scratch, shipped in Non-qualified shipping Box, physically damaged, Warranty voids when the Software or Hardware is altered for any reason. Products will be inspected upon receipt.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
No Product may be returned directly to Business and Home Solutions without first contacting Business and Home Solutions for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A) number via E-Mail at sales@business-homesolutions.com. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an R.M.A number and instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an R.M.A number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the R.M.A in an approved shipping Carton. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product.
PC Based Digital Video Recorders Warranty Policy and Limitations:
Your hardware warranty covers all defects in operation resulting from poor production, mis-configuration of components and hardware defects for 1 year.
Customer responsibility is to install the Anti Virus software at their own expense on the Products which are based on Windows Operating System.
Warranty does not cover defects resulting form accidents, misuse or abuse
Warranty does not include external peripherals, hardware not purchased from and installed by Business and Home Solutions and defects or errors that result from such hardware.
Warranty does not cover virus damage, mistaken or deliberate reconfiguration or misuse of the software by the end user
Products can be returned to Business and Home Solutions for repair at your own expense. Upon successful evaluation we may repair the unit or replace it with a different one if the unit is not repairable
Warning on all Digital Video Recorders: Do not attempt to install or replace the Hard Drive on your own. Please contact us if you want to upgrade the system or experience any problem with the Digital Video Recorders Hard Drive. The unit may be damaged if it is exposed to an impact or vibration, or the power plug is disconnected during operation. Business and Home Solutions will not be held liable for any data loss due to Hard Drive error or a failure during recording
