Stealth Laboratories STV-08 allows on-site selction of 12V DC or 24V AC operation by simply moving a switch. A failsafe option allows disabling of the 24V AC option if 12V DC cameras are connected. The STV-16 has two separately programmable boards allowing selection of all AC outputs all DC or 8 of each.
